  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.
  • Assist with the preparation and review of real estate-related litigation documents as needed.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in commercial real estate law within a law firm setting.
  • Transactional experience in commercial real estate law, real estate transactions, leasing, lending, development, and zoning preferred.
  • Valid law license in Missouri, Illinois, and/or Ohio required.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active law license in Missouri, Illinois, and/or Ohio.

  • Proven experience in negotiating and drafting complex real estate agreements.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
