Senior Family Law Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Santa Rosa, CA, seeks a highly skilled and experienced Senior Family Law Attorney.   • Independently manage a heavy caseload, ensuring timely and efficient case progression.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.

Requirements:

  • Must be currently licensed to practice law in the State of California.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a lawyer or paralegal in the family law or estate planning practice areas.
  • Proven track record in representing clients in trials, mediation, and arbitration.
  • Active member in good standing with local and State Bar Associations.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the California State Bar.
