This role involves working within the product litigation and defense practice, managing cases independently through the discovery process, and participating in trial preparation. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated litigator with 2-6 years of experience, strong writing skills, and the ability to handle complex cases across both State and Federal courts.

Duties

• Conduct depositions, argue motions, and attend court hearings and mediations.
• Draft motions, pleadings, briefs, discovery requests, interrogatories, and other litigation documents.
• Perform comprehensive legal research and analysis, drafting memoranda.
• Prepare status reports and recommendations for clients.
• Review documents and prepare for litigation.
• Manage all aspects of litigation, from initial responses to trial.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of experience in litigation, preferably within products liability.
• Familiarity with discovery and law and motion procedures.
• Experience in both State and Federal courts.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the State Bar of Nevada.
