Bilingual Associate Attorney

A law firm seeks a bilingual associate attorney to join its dynamic and growing team in Orlando, FL. Duties

• Manage a variety of cases in consumer law and bankruptcy.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication, responsiveness, and advocacy.
• Participate in business development efforts, including attending networking events and client meetings, and contributing to marketing strategies.
• Actively engage in firm management and strategic planning to contribute to the firm's overall success.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
• A member in good standing with The Florida Bar.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to handle a diverse caseload and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Interest in business development and helping to expand the firm’s client base.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in Florida (Florida Bar).

Skills

• Legal research and writing.
• Strong client communication and advocacy skills.
• Experience in consumer law and bankruptcy law is a plus.
• Organizational and time-management skills to manage a busy caseload effectively.
