Duties:

  • Work with the trust and estate team on family-held business matters.
  • Coordinate with the real estate team on related real estate matters.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in transactional corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and provide legal counsel.
  • Strong academic background with excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Admitted to practice in at least one U.S. state; must be willing to sit for the Florida Bar exam as soon as possible.

Education:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. state; Florida Bar certification or eligibility to take the Florida Bar exam is required.
