Mid-Senior Level Health Care Associate Attorney

A law firm in Dallas, TX seeks a Mid-Senior Level Health Care Associate Attorney with 4-6 years of experience in health care regulatory and/or transactional law. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of federal and state health care regulatory environments, excellent document drafting skills, and the ability to manage complex projects. AmLaw 100 experience is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and exceptional work ethic are essential for direct interaction with senior partners and clients.

Duties:

• Provide legal advice and counsel to health-care focused clients on federal and state health care regulatory issues affecting transactions and day-to-day business operations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements and documents related to health care transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage and oversee multiple complex projects and matters concurrently, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
• Mentor and train junior associates on legal matters, document drafting techniques, and firm procedures.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client advice and case strategies.
• Maintain direct communication with senior partners and clients, providing updates and strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-approved law school.
• Admission to and active membership in the State Bar of Texas.
• 4-6 years of experience practicing health care regulatory and/or transactional law.
• Deep understanding of federal and state health care laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Proven experience in sophisticated document drafting and negotiation.
• Excellent academic credentials with strong writing and communication skills.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-approved law school.
• Admission to and active membership in the State Bar of Texas.
