  • Conduct thorough due diligence to identify and address tax risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with clients, legal teams, and business professionals to resolve tax matters.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Deliver high-quality, timely legal documents and reports.

Requirements:

  • JD degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice in Massachusetts or eligible for admission.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in transactional tax, with a focus on M&A and private equity.
  • Direct experience with an AmLaw 100 law firm or the SEC is preferred.
