Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a skilled Mid To Senior-Level Gaming Associate Attorney to join its team in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have extensive gaming law experience and be responsible for supporting litigation and regulatory matters for gaming industry clients.

Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and representation to gaming industry clients in various matters, including consumer class action, gambling loss recovery actions, mass arbitrations, state Attorney General actions, and Gambling Commission investigations.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on gaming laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide strategic advice to clients.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including complaints, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related materials.
  • Assist in managing client relationships and communicating legal strategies and updates effectively.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
