Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar membership in California.
• 5+ years of experience in civil and real estate litigation.
• Strong research skills and familiarity with real estate, escrow, title, lending, and business disputes.
• In-depth understanding of civil litigation rules and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar membership in California.
