A law firm seeks a talented associate with 2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions to join its New Jersey office in Florham Park. This position focuses on acquisitions, dispositions, real estate finance, joint ventures, and development. Duties

• Handle commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and development projects.
• Work on real estate financing matters, including drafting and negotiating loan agreements and related documents.
• Assist with the formation and management of real estate joint ventures.
• Provide support for development projects, including drafting and negotiating agreements with contractors and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with clients, providing practical advice and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality legal work.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex legal documents.
• Ability to handle significant responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills.
• Experience in a large law firm setting is preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar.
