Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage litigation and enforcement matters related to technology, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and AI.
• Work closely with clients to identify legal risks and develop litigation strategies.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on complex legal issues.
• Lead the discovery process, including e-discovery and coordinating with clients and vendors.
• Provide legal counsel to clients, advising on risks and legal implications of new product development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective legal solutions to clients.
• Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills in all client interactions and legal proceedings.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in intellectual property law, with a focus on trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation.
• Deep understanding of key intellectual property laws such as the Lanham Act, Copyright Act, DMCA, and the CFAA.
• Ability to engage with a wide range of legal principles to support clients in technology-related disputes.
• Proven experience managing litigation, including e-discovery processes.
• Strong academic background and excellent communication skills.
• Active membership in the State Bar of California (or ability to become licensed in California).

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar of California (or eligibility for admission).

Salaries are in line with other top Bay Area firms, and the firm provides a sizable bonus for all lawyers who bill at least 1,950 hours, with additional money based on three separate billable-hour levels above 1,950.
