This full-time, partnership-track position requires an attorney with at least 2-5 years of experience in insurance coverage matters, representing either policyholders or insurers. Duties

  • Handle insurance coverage disputes, providing advice and representing clients in both first- and third-party insurance matters
  • Conduct detailed analysis of insurance policies and interpret coverage issues
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering timely legal advice
  • Collaborate with team members and senior attorneys on large-scale cases
  • Engage in pro bono work as part of the firm’s commitment to community service
  • Stay updated on developments in insurance law and litigation strategies

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in insurance coverage law, with a focus on litigation
  • Experience representing policyholders or insurers in coverage disputes
