Duties:

  • Handle litigation cases, including preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions
  • Conduct thorough legal research and draft legal documents

  • Draft pleadings, briefs, motions, and other court documents
  • Analyze legal documents and assist senior attorneys in trial preparation

Requirements:

  • Admission to the State Bar
  • Previous experience in litigation, with a focus on civil or business disputes, preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to the State Bar is required
