Requirements:

  • Strong written, verbal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior attorneys and contribute to client needs.
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  • Spanish-speaking skills are a plus but not required.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active South Dakota Bar License (Iowa license is a plus).

Skills:

  • Expertise in personal injury and workers’ compensation law preferred.
  • Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
