Duties:

• Provide legal representation and support for litigation matters.

• Appear in court for hearings, trials, and other proceedings.
• Assist with the development and execution of litigation strategies.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to manage cases.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Support the firm’s litigation goals with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Requirements:

• 0 to 2 years of experience in litigation.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Strong academic background and proven track record of performance.
• Exceptional communication, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ties to Santa Clara County are preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in California.
