Job Overview:

The Personal Injury Attorney will represent clients in personal injury cases, from initial client intake to trial. They will communicate with clients, conduct legal research, draft legal documents, lead mediation, and take cases to trial. Additionally, the attorney will defend depositions and develop effective case strategies.

Duties:

  • Communicate with clients regarding case developments and updates.
  • Conduct legal research on relevant laws, statutes, and precedents.

Requirements:

  • Licensed and in good standing with the Missouri State Bar.
