The M&A Associate will be responsible for providing counsel on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital raisings, rail and port infrastructure access and pricing, native title, international expansion, market entry, franchising, and commercial law. The position also involves conducting due diligence and drafting documents for complex commercial transactions. The successful candidate will actively participate in business development and marketing initiatives.
