Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin.
  • Relevant experience in a law firm specializing in estate planning and trusts and estates law.
  • Strong knowledge of estate planning, trusts, probate, and trust and estate administration.
  • Experience in succession planning and business or real estate legal matters.
  • Proven track record of managing complex estate planning and probate cases.
