Junior to Mid-level Labor and Employment Associate

This role involves handling class/PAGA action litigation, single-plaintiff litigation, conducting fact investigations, and providing employment counseling. Active membership in the California Bar is required.

Location:

Duties:

• Manage and litigate labor and employment cases, including class/PAGA action litigation and single-plaintiff matters.
• Conduct thorough fact investigations and prepare case strategies.
• Provide employment law counseling to clients on a variety of issues.
• Draft and review legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and discovery.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex cases.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of experience at a large law firm.
• Demonstrated experience in employment law litigation, including class/PAGA actions and single-plaintiff cases.
• Strong academic background with excellent legal writing and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Active membership in the California Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active California Bar membership required.
