Duties

• Represent clients in insurance coverage and defense matters, including bad faith, property, casualty, and professional liability cases.
• Manage cases from initial analysis to resolution, including drafting pleadings, handling discovery, and preparing motions.
• Conduct legal research and draft detailed case-related documents.
• Take and defend depositions, appear in court for motions, and support trial preparation and execution.
• Provide strategic advice to clients on legal and regulatory issues.
• Collaborate with team members to support complex litigation projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation.
• Florida Bar license in good standing.
• Strong understanding of first-party property coverage and bad-faith litigation.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.

Certifications

• Active Florida State Bar license required.
