A law firm in San Francisco is seeking an experienced Corporate/Business Transactional Attorney proficient in business and corporate transactions. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in drafting and negotiating various transactional documents, with a focus on real estate transactions being advantageous.

 

Duties:

  • Handle business and corporate transactions, including limited liability company and partnership formation
  • Negotiate and draft buy-sell agreements, entity conversions, and asset purchase agreements
  • Provide legal counsel on real estate transactions, including leases, purchase and sale agreements, ground leases, and easement agreements
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support transactional matters
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to achieve their business objectives

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
  • 8+ years of experience in business and corporate transactions
  • Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating transactional documents
  • Proficiency in limited liability company and partnership formation
  • Knowledge of real estate transactions is advantageous
  • Strong understanding of business and corporate law principles

 

Education:

Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school

 

Certifications:

Relevant certifications related to corporate law or real estate law are beneficial

  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders
