The role involves providing counsel, conducting legal research, drafting various legal documents, and assisting with client matters in a collaborative and supportive environment. Duties:

  • Analyze legal matters presented by clients, assess available options, and develop the most effective strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and paralegals to efficiently resolve cases and meet client expectations.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case development.
  • Draft legal documents, including correspondence, motions, briefs, pleadings, contracts, affidavits, and settlement agreements.
  • Attend hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as needed, providing general counsel under supervision.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date client files for easy access by team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, staff, and colleagues, offering clear communication throughout the legal process.

Requirements:

  • Active Oklahoma Bar License.
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Successful completion of the state bar exam.
  • Member in good standing with the American Bar Association (ABA).
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop under the mentorship of senior attorneys.
  • Excellent communication skills with a problem-solving mindset for client interaction.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
