Location:

Duties:

  • Advise clients on healthcare-related strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, asset and equity acquisitions, venture capital investments, private equity, and joint ventures.
  • Assist clients with corporate and organizational matters, including entity formations, capital raises, operational strategy, and contract negotiations.
  • Provide day-to-day counsel to clients, navigating regulatory and compliance issues in healthcare corporate law.
  • Collaborate with a team of attorneys, offering strategic guidance to clients in dynamic sectors.
  • Participate in the development of client relationships, managing and growing direct client contact.
  • Take an active role in professional development by attending training sessions and staying current on relevant legal updates and healthcare-specific regulations.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, or corporate healthcare transactions.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in research and legal analysis, with a keen ability to provide actionable legal advice.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle client relationships and manage projects efficiently.
  • Admission to the bar in the state where applying.
  • Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the bar in the relevant state.

Skills:

  • Expertise in corporate healthcare law, including mergers, acquisitions, and private equity transactions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent research and analytical abilities.
