Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in complex civil litigation, with a focus on cyber, data, or privacy law preferred.
  • Strong academic background with a record of legal research and writing excellence.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Active membership in the State Bar of the desired office location.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Current membership in good standing with the State Bar of the applicable jurisdiction.
