Duties

• Handle complex litigation cases focused on cyber, privacy, and data innovation matters.
• Manage all aspects of litigation, including client interactions, discovery, depositions, and court appearances.
• Collaborate with specialized eDiscovery, Analytics, and Litigation Support teams.
• Conduct mediations, argue at key hearings, and support case resolution efforts.
• Perform legal research and prepare detailed written materials for cases.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in complex civil litigation, with a focus on cyber, data, or privacy law preferred.
• Strong academic background with a record of legal research and writing excellence.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Active membership in the State Bar of the desired office location.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Current membership in good standing with the State Bar of the applicable jurisdiction.
