Duties

• Conduct in-person and phone consultations with clients, adjusters, and other attorneys.
• Maintain detailed case records and ensure consistent, organized follow-through on case milestones.
• Use analytical, computer, and database skills to manage cases effectively within a high-volume, team-driven environment.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience handling personal injury cases, with proven negotiation and settlement skills.
• Strong client interaction skills, with the ability to handle cases independently and make informed, strategic decisions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment and handle multiple cases simultaneously.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia.
• Active membership with the Georgia State Bar.
