Mid-level to Senior Private Equity Debt Finance Associate Attorney

A law firm in Santa Monica is seeking a highly skilled Mid-level to Senior Private Equity Debt Finance Associate Attorney. The ideal candidate will have significant experience representing private equity sponsors, banks, and private credit lenders in various financing transactions, including leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth.

Job Details:

• Represent private equity sponsors, banks, and private credit lenders in term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth.
• Draft and negotiate commitment papers, credit agreements, and collateral documents.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all transactions.
• Demonstrate outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Obtain relevant Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.

Experience:

5-8 years of relevant experience.
