Corporate Associate Attorney

A law firm in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney specializing in Finance with 4-6 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal counsel on corporate finance matters, including commercial finance transactions, loan originations, and real estate financings.

Duties:

• Draft loan, security, intercreditor, and related documents
• Advise on covenant compliance for finance transactions
• Lead due diligence teams and manage specialists
• Provide legal guidance on finance-related issues
• Conduct legal research on finance laws and regulations
• Collaborate with clients to negotiate and structure finance deals
• Review and analyze financial documents and contracts
• Represent clients in finance-related legal proceedings

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar in Indiana
• 4-6 years of experience in corporate finance or commercial finance transactions
• Strong understanding of finance and lending principles

• Ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision
