Duties:

• Identify and address legal issues in new client matters
• Review, organize, and analyze client documentation
• Develop and present legal strategies in written memos and advisory letters
• Conduct legal research on client-specific matters
• Assist in drafting business transaction documents
• Respond to legal inquiries from marketing and sales teams
• Prepare articles and blog posts on relevant legal topics
• Maintain clear communication and updates with clients

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar (or pending Texas Bar)
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Self-driven with a team-oriented mindset

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited institution

Certifications:

• Membership in good standing with the State Bar Association (Texas Bar preferred)
