Duties:

  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on immigration matters.
  • Stay current on changes in immigration laws, policies, and regulations.
  • Draft legal documents such as motions, briefs, and petitions.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring they are informed of case progress.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar Association (Texas preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative legal team.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Bar membership (Texas preferred).

Skills:

  • Proficiency in legal research and case analysis.

Compensation and Benefits:
