Duties:

• Prepare Early Case Evaluations that outline objective claim analyses, potential defenses, and strategic client recommendations.
• Draft answers, corporate disclosure statements, and settlement agreements as required.
• Collaborate with case teams to facilitate efficient transitions into discovery and other litigation phases.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on employment litigation experience.
• Proven track record managing cases throughout their lifecycle.
• Capability to assess the valuation of employment law cases, focusing on critical elements.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar license in the state of residence.
