Job Overview: The Real Estate Transactional Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling various aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, finance, joint ventures, and development projects. Duties:

  • Manage and oversee real estate transactions from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and client objectives.
  • Conduct due diligence investigations and analysis for real estate transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents, including purchase agreements, leases, financing documents, and joint venture agreements.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on real estate matters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external parties, such as clients, lenders, and opposing counsel, to facilitate smooth transactional processes.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting real estate transactions.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of transactional real estate experience.
  • Strong academic credentials, including a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California Bar.
