Location:

Duties:

• Manage a high-volume caseload, including motion practice and daily court appearances
• Work independently, handling multiple priorities and tasks
• Provide exceptional customer service with extensive client interaction
• Quickly adapt to and utilize various legal software applications
• Maintain composure and effectiveness in high-stress situations
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on de-escalating stressful scenarios

Requirements:

• Admission to the New York Bar
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant criminal law experience
• Admission in additional jurisdictions is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• New York State Bar Admission
• Additional Bar admissions preferred

Skills:

• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in legal software, including Clio Manage or similar systems
• Ability to maintain client relationships in challenging or stressful situations
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
