A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney licensed in New Jersey with experience in foreclosure and creditors' rights to join its team in New York, NY. Duties:

• Manage multiple cases, including preparing complaints, pleadings, and hearing documents.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents as needed for case progression.
• Attend trials, hearings, discovery sessions, and other court appearances as necessary.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering high-quality service.
• Provide insights and recommendations to executive management on potential improvements.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
• Experience or knowledge in foreclosure and creditors' rights preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
