Duties:

• Conduct legal research and draft litigation documents, including complaints and correspondence.
• Handle heavy discovery work, preparing and responding to discovery requests.
• Attend court hearings as required, representing clients in employment-related cases.
• Collaborate with the managing attorney and a team of legal professionals on various cases.
• Analyze complex legal documents and provide sound legal advice to clients.

Requirements:

• Proven knowledge of Nevada labor and employment laws.
• Must be in good standing with the Nevada State Bar.
• Ability to interpret complex legal documents and provide detailed analysis.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and work effectively in a team environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Nevada and in good standing with the Nevada State Bar.

Skills:
