Job Title: Associate Attorney

Duties:

  • Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, contracts, and other essential legal instruments.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing updates and legal advice.

  • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff to ensure efficient case handling and delivery of legal services.

Requirements:

  • Active license to practice law in the State of Ohio and good standing.
  • At least 1 year of practice experience Preferred
  • Solid research, analytical, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and capacity to work in a team-oriented environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Ohio State Bar admission (required).
