This role requires a dedicated professional to manage family law cases with a focus on client representation, court appearances, and legal research. The attorney will handle all phases of case management, from drafting legal documents to ensuring that client needs are met with the utmost professionalism.

Duties:

• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, orders, and discovery materials
• Represent clients in court, both in person and via Zoom, depending on case requirements
• Track and meet strict deadlines associated with casework and court appearances
• Conduct legal research, analyze case law, and prepare summaries for appellate procedures
• Engage with clients, attorneys, and other relevant professionals in a professional and respectful manner

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Family Law (required)
• Strong ability to manage a diverse caseload and handle multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the Texas State Bar

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Texas

Skills:

• Proficient in drafting legal documents and handling court procedures
