  • Gather and analyze evidence to support the client's case or counter-prosecution claims.
  • Prepare clients for depositions and collaborate with witnesses and subject matter experts to strengthen case positions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in criminal defense.
  • Proven experience handling complex criminal cases across federal, state, and local levels.
  • A collaborative team player capable of strategizing and contributing to team efforts.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in California and good standing.

Certifications:

  • Active membership with the California State Bar.
