This position offers a unique opportunity for an attorney with a strong litigation background to manage a full caseload from initiation through trial. With dedicated support from a paralegal and a collaborative work environment, the attorney will play a critical role in client representation and case management within a fast-paced, trial-focused team.

Duties:

  • Handle a caseload of approximately 30 personal injury litigation cases from filing to trial.
  • Collaborate with and supervise an assigned full-time paralegal.
  • Draft pleadings, conduct depositions, and manage written discovery.
  • Engage in motions practice and represent clients in jury trials.
  • Provide exceptional client service, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the litigation process.

Requirements:

  • Active license to practice law in the State of Colorado.
  • 4-9 years of litigation experience, preferably within personal injury.
  • Proficiency in the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure.
  • Strong skills in drafting legal documents, conducting depositions, and handling all phases of trial preparation.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed attorney in good standing with the Colorado State Bar.

Skills:
