Duties

  • Conduct legal research and prepare case materials
  • Present cases in court, including trial representation

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation (5+ years preferred)
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Mississippi State Bar
  • Demonstrated success in jury trials
  • Strong knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence
  • Experience drafting and responding to legal motions

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Active membership in the Mississippi State Bar

Certifications
