Duties:

  • Participate in depositions, hearings, and other discovery-related events, providing detailed reports.
  • Lead settlement negotiations, seek necessary authority and prepare for trial when required.

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law in Georgia.

  • Exceptional communication skills for interacting with diverse clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to adapt to new systems.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
