  • Handle disputes related to real estate issues, including litigation when necessary.
  • Guide junior attorneys and staff as needed.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience practicing real estate law is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills to work with a diverse range of clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the South Carolina Bar and in good standing.

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

  • Experience with real estate transactions and dispute resolution.
