Duties:

• Handle complex commercial litigation cases from inception through trial, including discovery, motions, depositions, and courtroom appearances.

• Manage a diverse caseload, collaborating with senior attorneys and other teams to develop effective litigation strategies.

• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the litigation process.

• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.

• Participate in settlement negotiations and assist in the preparation of case strategies for trial.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal trends and developments relevant to complex commercial litigation.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to client retention and business development.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of complex commercial litigation experience.

• Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines.

• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.

• Excellent oral advocacy skills with courtroom experience.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the State Bar of California.

Skills:
