A law firm in Mountain View, CA, is seeking an IP Life Sciences Patent Agent with a strong background in organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, immunology, molecular biology, or related fields. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the firm's life sciences practice, focusing on patent prosecution and strategic intellectual property counsel.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Draft and prosecute patent applications in the life sciences sector, collaborating closely with attorneys and clients.
  • Conduct patentability assessments and freedom-to-operate analyses.
  • Assist in managing and developing patent portfolios for life sciences innovations.
