The ideal candidate will contribute to achieving favorable outcomes for clients through trial experience, managing depositions, and providing efficient case oversight in a dynamic environment. Duties:

• Represent clients in trial proceedings.
• Take and defend depositions with a high degree of professionalism.
• Efficiently manage multiple cases while adhering to deadlines.
• Navigate the litigation process effectively, ensuring clients’ best interests are prioritized.
• Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies and provide comprehensive legal support.
• Utilize case management software (Neos preferred) for tracking and organizing case details.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Texas Bar.
• 2+ years of litigation experience, with personal injury experience being a plus.
• Strong trial experience, with a focus on effective courtroom presence.
• Skilled in handling depositions and related tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time and tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Texas State Bar membership (active).
