A reputable law firm based in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking to hire two experienced Personal Injury Associate Attorneys. The ideal candidates will have a strong passion for achieving outstanding client outcomes, demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow and possess the ability to manage cases effectively from start to finish. This role is perfect for attorneys focused on honing their legal skills rather than on marketing and networking.

Duties:

  • Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution, ensuring thorough case preparation and strong attention to detail.
  • Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients during pre-suit and litigation phases.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and discussing case strategies.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, including demands and settlement agreements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and mentorship opportunities.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury law.
  • Proven experience with case management and handling personal injury claims from intake through disbursement.
  • Strong negotiation skills and comfort with pre-suit and litigation processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Strong work ethic and a self-motivated attitude.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and legal software.
  • Spanish language proficiency is highly desirable.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Florida (FL Bar license in good standing).
