The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably gained at a large law firm, strong academic credentials, and exceptional skills in legal research, writing, analysis, and communication.

Job Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on healthcare regulatory matters, corporate transactions, and related issues.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Assist in advising clients on compliance matters and regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry.
  • Participate in due diligence reviews and support transactional activities.
  • Prepare legal memoranda, opinions, and correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of Georgia or ability to become admitted promptly.
  • 2-3 years of experience in healthcare regulatory and corporate transactional law, preferably at a large law firm.
  • Strong academic credentials with a focus on healthcare law or related fields.
