Duties

• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
• Stay current on developments in labor and employment law to ensure high-quality client service.
• Collaborate with legal teams and clients to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in labor and employment law.
• Strong understanding of federal labor and employment laws and procedures.
• Experience in the federal sector is preferred.
• Illinois Bar admission (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education
