The candidate will counsel the firm's clients on employment matters, draft and negotiate various types of employment documents, and represent the firm's clients in court and administrative proceedings.

The candidate must have outstanding academic credentials and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Intellectual curiosity, a commitment to excellent client service, and a self-starting work ethic are required.

The fifty-seven year old law office is headquartered in Vermont. There are two primary areas of practice. Business and litigation are their practice disciplines with diverse areas.
