Litigation Attorney

A law firm seeks a motivated and experienced Litigation Attorney specializing in personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will handle all phases of litigation, including court appearances, filings, discovery, motions, and trials. The position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment representing injured clients. The firm is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and team-focused attorney to join its growing team.

Duties:

• Handle personal injury cases from filing to trial.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct discovery, including depositions and interrogatories.
• Represent clients in court appearances and hearings.
• Collaborate with team members to manage caseloads and ensure effective client representation.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, providing regular updates on case progress.

Requirements:

• Admission to the California State Bar.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of litigation experience, including filings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation.
• Experience in personal injury law preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in California, in good standing.

Skills:

• Proficiency in litigation processes, including filings and discovery.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
