Duties:

  • Handle patent prosecution, focusing on technologies such as 5G, Wi-Fi, AI, and RF front-end systems.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and manage intellectual property portfolios.
  • Advise clients on patentability, patent litigation, and other intellectual property issues.
  • Draft and file patent applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
  • Conduct prior art searches and analyze patentability.
  • Review and analyze patent portfolios, offering strategic guidance on patent rights.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in patent prosecution.
  • Strong technical background in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Registered with the USPTO or eligible for registration.
  • Admission to the Bar, or eligibility to waive in.
  • In-depth knowledge of wireless technologies, AI, image processing, and processor systems.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex technical information and communicate it effectively.

Education:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline is required.

Certifications:

  • Registration with the USPTO or eligibility for USPTO registration is required.
  • Admission to the Bar, or eligibility for Bar waiver.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage complex technical data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Experience in patent portfolio management and strategic patent development.
  • Preferred experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or related AI fields.
